I am still swooning from the utter deliciosity of the roast beef sandwich I just got from the town centre wagon. The juices were dropping down my chin: make sure you a) sit down to eat this b) ask for a napkin. This is the best sandwich roast beef sandwich I have ever eaten, bar none!

Stopped in here en route to the hair dressers when we had some spare time, somewhere we had been meaning to visit for ages and never quite got around to because we had been driving past heading for Dundee. Had a couple of platters and dessert - it was very busy, minimal staffing but a nice ambience. Didn't try the... More

After arriving an hour early for a birthday party, we decided to grab something quick for the kids. This place did not disappoint. We considered sitting in, but it was chock a block, so we elected for the take away. Clean, quick, and lovely food. Ideal for a grab and go option.

I ordered the fish...a superb, high quality & tasty dish. Have been several times and HIGHLY recommend the visit. There is a panoramic view behind the all glazed windows with views across the river Tay. In summer, sit outside and take the in sun with a great lunch.

Lunch date with a friend, and our first visit. This small restaurant is adjacent to the river Tay with nice views of the railway bridge. It also uses a converted old railway carriage to provide a roaring takeaway service. Attentive smiling staff served delicious freshly made soup and sandwiches. We were permitted plenty of time to chat and linger over... More

Nice ambience and view. The quality of the breakfasts has dipped somewhat recently, but is still not bad. Coffee is quite good. No substitute offered if you don't want a particular item such as black pudding, which seems a trifle mean; and a charge of 50p for a tiny individual jar of marmalade is definitely a trifle mean.

Had a decent dinner on Saturday, March 11 with my mum and sister. My burger was okay nothing out of this world. My sister ordered the bean burger but the tzatziki made it almost inedible. I thought she was overreacting at first but upon tasting it she had every right to complain. She was too embarrassed to send it back... More

Fabulous place for food with great views. My husband, two kids & I were welcomed by the lovely staff who were very friendly to our children (who are 2 & 3). I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Dundee. We had a stunning breakfast& cannot fault anything from this establishment.

Regularly visit this place at various times of the day and always happy! Most recently, we went was last Saturday and had a wonderful experience for an impromptu dinner. Food was delicious despite being unusual (although noticed you can get classic meals too). Thankfully our waitress explained the menu without being patronising and also had a few laughs with us... Visited recently for lunch after reading some of the TripAdvisor reviews. The menu is more limited than some places I have visited but I went for the sausage and mash and my husband and son went for the battered fish. My son's was from the kids menu so was very small and was served with wedges and not chips much... More
