This cafe looked promising from outside, and it's on a great street. We wanted to have breakfast across the street, but it didn't open til 9, so we walked over for a cappuccino and an almond croissant. The first thing we noticed were boxes scattered on the floor as if they were unpacking, and there was no music or ambience.... More

Go often and haven't provided a review before but thought it only fair to give it some credit. The coffees are excellent and the scone are simply the best in town. Cant beat it

Its sad when any business is let down by arrogant staff but alas this is the case here No friendly attitude or customer interaction. On the plus side the coffee is excellent which almost made me forgive the service.Im not keen on the layout of the cafe but that is a matter of individual taste. It was fairly busy when... More

For the amount of staff that where working I was a little surprised how long it took to be acknowledged never mind served. Ordered a brunch sandwich and coffee. Coffee was lovely, sandwich was over priced for what it was. Staff pretty curt when I asked about wifi, it's cool if you don't have it but try be nice about... More

When I went in a couple of weeks ago and asked for gluten free, the response was a blank stare with and staccato verbal's like firing peas off a drum. You would have thought I had asked for something to cure the plague.Tried again today and was meet with the same negative response. Will not be trying again. Lots of... More

Definitely take a short walk out of the city centre to Project Coffee, the brunch menu is fantastic and the staff are easy when it comes to asking for extra or this or that. Comfy sofa, urban kind of feel, definitely would recommend this place.

Popped in here for the first time for a takeaway coffee. Really good atmosphere and a fantastic aroma of coffee. Ordered an Americano from a very friendly Irish Chap there who was really helpful and chatty. The coffee was excellent, the only downside was that I ordered a large coffee and I felt the size was pretty small vs a... More

This is a lovely dog friendly cafe, we came around 9am and the place was heaving, no tables available but we decided to wait as it seemed worth it and I was totally curious about it, it certainly paid off, we both had the eggs benedict which were perfectly cooked and stunningly presented. The coffee is also very good indeed,... More

Visited here with a friend for lunch and was pleasantly surprised! Had an excellent sandwich, very large and tasty fillings. Also had a coffee and a juice, both of which were of high standard. The brownie was a bit disappointing but there were plenty other cakes on offer so will opt for something different next time. The atmosphere is nice... More

Adorable little coffee ship that's perfect to pop in and have some coffee or tea. Dog friendly, inviting atmosphere, and delicious food and drink.

This is a brand new, independent coffee shop that has just opened this week (2nd August). I'd like to review it because I thought it was very good.
