Basically get shouted at for asking if any toilets nearby as all toilets out of order and staff barge past you if walking past. Avoid at all costs
Quick and friendly staff Lots of seating upstairs Toilets were immaculate - which is always a good sign in such a busy location. It has everything that you would expect of a Starbucks and it is right on the Royal Mile!!
