We love the food here. We often order take aways from here too. It has never been busy any time we have been. It is perhaps sometimes a little cold when there are a frequent take away customers opening the door. My sister and her husband also love to come here when they visit from the borders, and they are... More

The food is ok, nothing tantalising and if wasn't within walking distance I would go elsewhere. Some things are bit overpriced but mostly average for the area. It is the Chinese food version of McDonald's and you don't expect gourmet from them! Mediocre.

Won't be back.. Been here a few times for a takeaway and it's always been ok although the last time I was here the food wasn't the greatest and the woman on the till was not very kiddie friendly and I actually found her very rude

Come here all the time and find it to be very good. Plenty of flavour in dishes and decent size portions. Delivery not always the quickest but probably because it's such a popular restaurant. It's not the nearest takeaway for where we live, but always prepared to go a bit further as it's the best we've found by a mile. Deffo... More

The signs were all there. The lack of clientele, sticky floor and (day old?) prawn crackers. Felt sorry for them so decided to stay. We had a mixed starter - prefrozen grease-fest, then salt and chilli prawns and Szechuan chicken. The prawns: A rank fishy taste that only comes from prawns that are way past their best. Couldn't eat them.... More

I use this as my regular Chinese Takeaway even though it's not my closest. The food is always lovely, and the service is really fast. I really love their shredded chicken with chilli sauce!

Have devoured a take away from here a few times. The latest was crispy duck pancakes and crispy seaweed. Delicious as always.

I grew up in Manchester and eating from the restaurants in China town that were authentic. Since moving to Scotland I found that a lot so Chinese up here is full of MSG and cornflour to make it thick and gloopy. This place however is excellent. Not full of MSG and cornflour so you can taste a more authentic flavour.... More
