One of my fav bars in Glasgow. The venue is always busy, great crowd and excellent atmosphere. Very reasonable city centre prices and great staff/Service. Will be back again on my next night out.

We went here for a business lunch, looking for some "pub grub". We should probably have left after looking at the menu, but we were sat down, and clearly lazy. The choice is really limited, and overpriced for bar food, in fact over priced for...More

Sorry, couldn't resist it! I hope he accepts the compliment in the spirit it is intended. Nice glass of wine too! Not really understanding the gripes on here about pricing, they're in-line or below local average. Nice visit!

Nice pub with good atmosphere and friendly staff, good choice of beers. Grand national on the big telly but otherwise sport coverage didn't intrude if you weren't interested.

Great cosy pub for a nice quiet drink, good choice of draughts and spirits, nice building inside, staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Great just to nip in after being round the shops. Always pay a visit when in Glasgow

Exuberant lovingly preserved high Victorian pub. We enjoyed haggis, neeps and tatties; roast beef; and sirloin steak with draught Nicholson’s pale ale and good coffee. Bill came to £42.80. Not crowded on the April Sunday lunchtime we visited. Efficient friendly service which made sure our...More

I made it to the Drum and Monkey a few times while in Glasgow recently. It was perhaps a two to three minute walk from my hotel. The pub has a nice selection of craft beers and ales on tap and in the cask. The...More

What a very nice pub this is. The interior reminds me of a London City Centre pub. Clean toilets and a good range of beers. The food we had (nachos, fishcakes and a kids haggis sausages) was average, but it hit the spot on a...More

Just had a very disappointing lunch today as I had recommended to wife as a change. Awful, over cooked (cooked to death) fish and chips / Scampi. Chips seemed to have been forgotten about in fryer and was not edible. Most left on plate. The...More

I'm not sure as not a 'regular' Jill. They do have a big screen which I believe is mostly tuned to sports so it's a possibility. May be best to give them a call.
