Coming from the west end of Glasgow to meet up with friends,we had never dined in this area of Glasgow before. First impressions were good as we were greeted by a friendly waitress who took our coats and showed us to our table. The restaurant was warm and cosy, and the waitress took our drinks order promptly. The food we all ordered... More

After a walk in a nearby park we fancied lunch and drinks on our first visit. Mussels, mac n cheese, haggis and burger as well as a veggie breakfast arrived swiftly with wine. All food was excellent, tasty and well cooked. Slightly lacking in ambience but otherwise well recommended. If it's food you are after then a solid bet at... More

My wife and I stopped here for dinner when we visited Glasgow. Good choice, food was good and so was the service, nice atmosphere. It does get very busy. Would we visit again? Yes.

Will be our last visit for a while as we are moving away from the area however I know for a fact we will be back to visit Mulberry. You have to try the sticky pork salad and my Mother-in-law says it's the best mac and cheese she's had! Always friendly staff good food and very reasonably priced. Oh and... More

Visited for coffees and drinks with a friend last night. We both had lattes which were well made and well priced. We ended up spending most the evening there as it was such a nice vibe and the staff were all very friendly. The bar is dog friendly and my pooch made some new friends which is always a bonus!... As soon as you walkthrough the door the delicious food smell hits you. The menu is quite wide and varied and everything was delicious. The staff were very courteous and went out of their way to be accommodating, including switching items on the plate to suit us.

Booked for a midweek dinner and wasn't disappointed. Made very welcome and enjoyed the relaxed ambience. Fantastic menu particularly if you're a seafood fan which we both are. I had the bouillabaisse while my wife had the swordfish- both excellent. Unfortunately we didn't have time to visit the adjoining bar which looked great too!

Can't believe the previous comments. Great service and food as always. Feel so welcome every time we come here. Regular here for years and always feel at home with the comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend for a great local bar.

Mulberry St bar/bistro is one of the coolest bar/bistros in the Southside of Glasgow. It is split 50/50 between a bar and dining area. With a contemporary design style, stocky wooden tables and leather covered stools, it has a good mix of clientele of all ages. The menu is international in style with everything from Scots specialities to Thai curries. With an excellent wine list, it's little wonder many customers keep taking a walk down Mulberry St.
