Last night was our first visit to the new premises and it did not disappoint! The new premises are great - so light and spacious. The food was as amazing as ever, and it was good to have the option of the new pizzeria. Thank you sapori!

Visited our favourite Italian restaurant in their new premises in Mount Florida. The food and friendliness of the staff as always was great. The atmosphere was totally different. The homeliness and cosiness which gave the feeling of a real trattoria in Italy has gone and has been replaced by a cold clean sterile environment. We locals loved the decor of... More

Popped in here for a quick lunch recently. Though local, it was my first visit. Superb Minestrone followed by a really nicely balanced Lasagne which has a superb sauce. Fantastic food and great value. Some of the regulars tell me the the new place does not have the same rustic atmosphere of the last location. I can understand that, as... More

Had been looking forward to visiting the newly located restaurant and we were not disappointed. Fabulous food and great service. Give Bruno time and he will restore the well loved atmosphere of the previous premises.....he's done a great job already with limited resources. We'll be back soon to try out the new pizza oven. The seafood ravioli is heavenly and... More

Being at the end of our road,we chose the new premises of this restaurant for our anniversary meal. What a let down. The whole experience was rubbish. Tables so close together, room too hot... Lovely friendly blonde waiter took our drinks order promptly, then the Italian waiter (who was serving our area)came immediate alongside for our food menu. We hadn't... More

We love the food in Sapori d'Italia and had been to the old premises quite a few times. Although it was small and therefore difficult to get a table, it was worth it for the lovely atmosphere. We've been to the new premises once and the food was still good but the place feels like a modern, sterile café. If... More

My partner and I were excited about trying the new Sapori a few Saturday's ago. I had been to their old restaurant and loved the cosy, rustic and homely setting almost as much as the excellent food. When we arrived, the restaurant was busy, but unfortunately that did nothing to improve the lack of atmosphere. Modern, clean, but bland and... More

The food was very good and the service friendly without being in your face. Excellent house wine and all for a much less than city centre restaurants of the same quality.

This restaurant is within walking distance to me so was really hoping it would be good especially given all the great reviews. Unfortunately when we visited its new premises we were left fairly disappointed. Decor was bright and modern which was fine , service was good from female but male server was bit miserable looking with little interaction. Starters started... More

Sapori D'Italia has moved to larger premises just along (and across) the road. The décor is completely different, gone is the traditional trattoria style décor replaced by clean modern lines in a very contemporary style - it is very nice indeed. The atmosphere is still great and there is a nice buzz about the room, although I personally liked to... More
