We went to try the No1 & 2 thai restaurants in Glasgow and this one shaded it due to the service being slightly better the meal was lovely but the setting in Chaophraya was better.

Who would have thought that one of the best Thai meals we have ever had would be in Glasgow, Scotland? We arrived in the area late in the evening and this was the first place we found still serving dinner at nearly 11pm. Food was...More

4 persons, Not booked . Asked if we would like to wait for a short while, that's all it was, time to skim through the menu before we were shown to our table. The service was quick , professional and very welcoming, the food was...More

Third visit, third great review from me. Not all the party loved their food, but it was more about their taste than issues with the food. Be watchful of spice levels. Lovely to go somewhere where your custom is appreciated which is missing in other...More

Greetings I'll start off by apologising that you felt that you had an awful experience. In terms of being shown to your table, yes that's the job of our waiting team but it's not their job to determine you table allocation. That would have been...More

Service excellent, we had the pre theatre menu on a Friday evening before a gig at The Garage (very handy). Substantial portions but nothing heavy. Lovely cocktails to go with great tasting food at a very reasonable price. Can't wait to go back.

Service was excellent and the dining room is nice. The food here cannot possibly be described as anything like Thai. Our group of five ordered numerous dishes, including a set meal for three. There was not a fresh vegetable or hint of chilli, basil, galangal...More

May I take the opportunity first to thank you for visiting my restaurant. Using a similar logic, could it be assumed that a Chinese dish without soy sauce or oyster sauce be branded as non authentic Chinese? I think not! Expecting those ingredients you noted...More
