Some limited outdoor seating areas but interior large. Quite a variety of food on daily menus and a vast range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. No car park but some street parking if available.

We arrived at church on the hill at midday. We were quickly attended to by Jackie with a lovely smile. The menu was very reasonable with 2 courses for just over a tenner. The meals varied from simple to elaborate. All our meals were served quickly and piping hot by the lovely Jackie.A return visit is inevitable.

Excellent. Very accomodating. Good reasonably priced food. This was a 'hen doo' with around 20 ladies attending. Food all arrived at the same time, nothing was too much trouble (added a spare table on for ladies who arrived a bit later)(ie asking for mayo or ketchup etc). Well done owners & staff. The Corinthian could take a few lessons from... More

Visited the Church on the Hill last night with two friends. The food was delightful, hearty and delicious! The manager and the waiting staff could not be any more professional and accommodating. There was a great ambience and buzz about the place and the service and value for money second to none. We'll definitely be back - thanks!

Being local, I've been in quite regularly but mostly for drinks rather than food. From what I remember previous meals have been fine. However last night, ordering from the set menu, I was quite disappointed. Both my husband and I ordered the same - nachos for starter and burger and chips for the main. Bring a pretty standard pub food... More

My partner got a voucher for his birthday - we went for a 2 course meal this evening. Starters & mains (pizza & steak) were delicious, & drink served timeously. On the downside, the noise levels of patrons was so high we could not hear ourselves talk!Went to Ladies before leaving & was told there was 'an issue' & to... More

Great food and service. Would recommend . I had the macaroni cheese and the portion was huge and tasted lovely. My friends had the burgers and chips and said was good. Will definitely be back.

A lunchtime visit with friends for a meal and some drinks. Slow and indifferent staff had no interest in us. Took ages to give our order - to an inexplicably rude waitress who rushed away - and an eternity to get our meals. No drinks order was requested (was to one of many) so went up to the bar to... Went here with my dad and boyfriend and wanted to take my dad somewhere nice as he was visiting from England. The service was slow and the waitress took our menus away when she brought the drinks over but didn't take our order! We had to wait for ages for the food, to the point I asked a waitress how...
