I probably didn't get this restaurant at its best being early and opted for the early evening menu. This was a bargain at £10 for 2 courses. Passable minestrone but the pizza was truly authentic. You can tell when it comes and not a perfect circle! Hand stretched tasty base, not wafer thin but certainly not too thin. Lovely ice... More

We visited early so made use of the offer of 2 courses for £9.95. I chose the minestrone soup for starters which was packed full of vegetables and pasta, while my husband chose mushrooms with honey roast ham in a creamy sauce with Italian toast. Both were delicious. For our mains, we both had a pizza and weren't disappointed. Good... More

Attended for lunch, neither my partner or I were overly hungry so we decided to split a pizza between us off the full menu not the lunchtime one. When we got the bill they had charged us £2 for the privilege of splitting a pizza. When I asked about this upon paying was told that "that's what they do". Never... More

We have visited twice in the last couple months while away from a break, firstly the staff are second to none and one in particular who remembered us from the month before which is always nice, the food is amazing fresh and tasty I certainly would recommend the pasta done in a spicy sauce was delicious, we also had breakfast... Dined here Tuesday evening. Busy place. Went for the set price £9.95 menu that contained an abundance of choice. Note this is pre-6.30pm, you have to order your meal before this time. Nice starters and good mains - particularly liked the pan fried chicken thighs. Good service.

I came here the first time as I followed a group of Spanish guys. They have a great selection of food and best wines. I had a pizza which was perfectly made and tasted as it looked, just delicious and this in Chengdu in the middle of China. They've also had live music, a pretty lady singing on the stage.... More

I was here last night with my husband and the food was disgusting, really awful. The starters were ok but the mains were disgusting. I have to say this was possibly the worst meal we have ever had and that's saying something. The chips were dry and really not edible and the minute steak was cooked to within an inch... More

A prestigious location; right across the street from George Square! It was a bit on the pricey side I do admit but it was worth it totally! Me and the group I was went also went a bit later during the day and it wasn't very crowded at all. Visited July 2011.

Visited on a busy Friday evening but food and service were still excellent and good value. Certainly recommended.

Very good service, good menu, atmosphere and great tasting food. Always a favourite. Ordered from the lunch and al a carte menu, portion sizes are great value for money. Remember to book as can be very busy.
