Excellent meal! We had the salmon and the special which was hake with risotto. They were both delicious. We then had biscoff and chocolate cheesecake and panacotta which were also great. The staff were really friendly, overall fab experience. Would definitely visit again and recommend...to everyone!More

Had a lovely lunch today. One of us had the smoked haddock croquettes while the other had the goats cheese tartlet starter both were delicious. We then both had venison and haggis burger which was first class. The skin on chips are fantastic. Run don’t...walk!More

I am so glad we came here, and will come back again. We both had risottos - perfectly cooked and each very distinctive and tasty. The ginger and banana pudding was excellent. The staff worked together seamlessly to give a very genuine and helpful welcome.

Saw the reviews here, called them and they squeezed us in. Nice, genuine people and excellent food. Carrot and coriander soup was subtle but delicious. Salmon main had a wonderfully tasty crust with melt in your mouth salmon. Steak was perfectly cooked to my taste...with a lovely peppercorn cream sauce. Too many dessert choices, but loved the cheesecake.More

Thoroughly enjoyed dinner . I think the lighting is a little too bright but the food was good . The risotto was particularly well prepared.

Really good place, quality food and friendly staff. We live in Inverness, and this is probably the best restaurant in town we have been to. As a Spanish, we ordered a good Verdejo (white wine) for our friend to try. It was a good choice....For food, we had a couple of starters, and then the specials, all fresh and brilliant elaboration. And as a dessert , the Pannacotta was to die for, sooooo good!!!! Will be back 100%, loved itMore

Had an excellent meal on our last night in Scotland, a fitting end to a trip fabulous trip to the Shetland Isles and completing the NC500. A real gem of a place, beautifully cooked to order and well presented food. Being coeliac it was great...to have so many delicious choices. The special of hake on chilli and tomato risotto was divine as was the cod in green curry sauce…and the lime and white chocolate pannacotta with coconut ice cream was heavenly! Lovely service from Richard and the other members of the team made it a lovely experience….we wish we lived closer, very envious of the lucky Inverness residents having this gem in their doorsteps!More

Restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Staff are friendly and attentive. Food was delightful. Definitely call ahead to book a table as the restaurant was fully booked the night that I visited.
