For our most recent visit we went to this lovely quirky little place on it's first day opening after new year. The welcome is always so friendly and they make you feel at home. We've been to Murrays many times before and will definitely be back, the food is such good quality and made fresh for you, in fact the... More

not impressed with new owners. Standards have fallen. Service slow, inferior , fatty bacon served, never experienced this in the past.

Murrays is a gem hidden away in Prestwick High Street. Yes it is small and I see some complaints that it is cramped and messy. The decor is eclectic with an old church pew providing seating to 2 trables and a set of easy chairs in the prime window position. There are cook books and magazines all over the place... More

Had looked on the web this morning (19th Oct 2016 ). ,but decided to look around once we got to Prestwick. Parked the car and within two minutes saw Murray's. A real cafe, warm & friendly welcome from the staff, placed our order ( a toasty , & a panini ) . We both remarked on the fact that we... More

Love this picture box tea room/restaurant - soup & cakes are superb. Staff & owners are very friendly, always welcoming with locals & holiday makers alike. Old style table & chairs (very comfortable) with lovely china tea cups & pots. Check there daily menu boards for tasty fillings.
