I had often passed this cafe when it was closed and I liked the look of it, so I was delighted to get the opportunity to visit on a recent trip to Ennis. Maybe it was me, but the place didn't live up to my expectations.. It was very busy, as it should be on a Saturday afternoon. The place... More

Very popular for soups, sandwiches, small salad bar. Busy over lunch hours. They make their own everything including breads, cakes etc and have family size take away food. Center of town and very convenient.

My soy cappuccino was very poorly made and was quite expensive. I can get cheaper and better ones in Dublin

Good food especially their salads. Can be a bit expensive though. Deserts are beautiful. Not that fond of the layout and communal tables. It's terribly cluttered so near impossible to navigate with a wheelchair or buggy

Only went in here recently cause my regular place was full and I was peckish as this was a late lunch. Soups are available daily and a particular good one is the Seafood Chowder, both eating and drinking in it and served with wholemeal brown bread. Personally I like three of their selection the Beef bap, the Tuna Melt bap... More

Love this little gem. Great place to meet the pals for a natter. Or pop in for lunch on a cold winters day. Great soup, sandwiches, coffee, teas and deserts, breads and buns to die for. All served up by lovley pleasant staff. Try it yourself!!

Have visited Zest many times when staying in Ennis and generally loved the coffee, food and atmosphere. Last few visits were so disappointing as our family stopped there for lunch twice. On one occasion , one staff behind the counter was very abrupt and rude when my daughter asked a simple question about a cake. There didn't seem to be... More

I love zest. That says it all. They do cakes to die for. They have lovely baps and sandwiches. Fresh soup and breads daily. They cater for parties and Christmas at home. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
