Breakfast was average, scrabbled egg was very average. Breakfast bap was lovely, sausages very tasty. The place itself could do with a bit of a clean upstairs though, I noticed when eating mine today that the stuff would be took of table for next customers but were not actually cleaned or sprayed

One of my favorite places for a quick lunch in Cork. Gourmet sausages in many different varieties, like Apple and Sage or Sweet Italian. Plus excellent home potatoes! Must have for food on the street or a quick snack between shopping breaks.

Grabbed some sausage while walking through the market. Got some pickles and sauces with our order. There was quite a line when we passed so we figured we would try it when it died down. Great taste! Wish we ordered more.

The food quality appears to have dropped unfortunately. I loved this place but today the fried potatoes were undercooked and no choice of sausage. I was a bit disappointed.

Looking at the sausages sizzeling on the griddle, smelling the aroma ----- I couldn't resist. And I am glad I did not !! These are the best sausages in Cork by a mile. My wife agrees.

We were stopping by Cork on our way to Killarney and had lunch from the O'Flynn's sausage. We had a huge portion of potatoes, onion, peppers and gluten-free sausages. It was beyond filling and very delicious. Note, if you are celiac, they do not have a separate cooking surface even though they have gluten-free sausage options. I have gluten sensitivities... More

My friend took me here as a treat. I don't know if I just made a bad call on my order or if it's a statement for how everything is, but I really wasn't impressed. Maybe I was too spoiled from my recent trip to Germany. I had the Cork Boi sausage, which was ok, and the fried potatoes. I... More

Since our Great - Grandfather started making sausages in Cork we’ve been improving and building on old family recipes always using the best locally sourced ingredients from the Munster region. These days we’re able to boast of a wide range of delicious sausages with something for every taste from our traditional breakfast banger to our more adventurous continental spicy Italian sausage. All of our sausages can be picked up at our stand in the famous English Market in Cork City or at our brand new Sausage Grill on Winthrop Street in Cork City where you can sit down and have everything from a succulent sausage sandwich to a plate of delicious homemade Mash and Gravy.Being proud sausage makers from the Peoples Republic of Cork we were thrilled to be awarded The ‘Great Taste Winner’ for our ‘Cork Boi’ sausage. It encapsulates the best of us, our family and Cork City as it came from an old family recipe using Irish Pork and Beef, Cork’s famous Murphy’s Stout, local wild herbs and seasonings. With over thirty varieties to choose from including a wide range of lamb, chicken, beef and also gluten-free sausages, we have a sausage for everyone! So why not give us a call, drop in and get something delicious to eat
