Went here twice while my wife was in the maternity hospital. The carvery was bland, tasteless and the staff were ignorant, the chef rocked up to cut the meat like she was in a baddy in a western, I was waiting for her to spit in a bucket! The second time I had a bbq Breast in a bun. The Breast... More

Being across from the University Hospital, this was a handy place to eat but the quality of the food and ambiance of the pub made it a place that we returned to almost daily for 2 weeks.

While I waited for my associate to arrive my pre meal requirements and menu's requested for the restaurant were provided. My colleague arrived and our orders were taken (fillet steak on a stone) and we were advised ready... More

We go here all time just for food and it's always really good, they don't scrimp on portions and it's quite reasonably priced.

We eat here often because its so friendly. The pub itself is decorated in such a way , where you can join people or find your own little space. The food is always very good. The staff can't do enough to help you. There is a restaurant upstairs if you would like to sit at a dining table. There is... More
