Four of us visited Bodega last Saturday night and very much enjoyed the warm atmosphere, strong service and decent food. A couple of the tapas may be marginally overpriced...but the taste was authentic and our guests had no complaints. We tried two bottles of red, an organic Malbec and a Shiraz (I think) called Elephante. Desserts were very tasty and... More

Came here to have dinner with my friend on a weekday. We didn't reserve a table in advance, but were able to get one with only a 5 min wait. The place was pretty packed for a Thursday evening. The staff were professional, the food was really really tasty and the prices were appropriate for the restaurant. I am impressed!... More

Was there a few weeks ago with my wife. It's a nice lively spot , nice décor and great atmosphere. We had a number of dishes which were all really good - special mention for the chicken wings and lambs kidneys which were fabulous. Cheese board to finish was excellent. Nice wine also. Looking forward to my next visit.

This place is great. What a variety of dishes, flavours and tastes. Two standout dishes....the Lambs Kidneys in Sherry etc and also the Anchovy dish was amazing. They were so unlike the awful tinned salty ones. Friends of ours were there the previous week too and loved it too. We will be back very soon! Oh and quite a few... More

Tasty food, but prices don't match the size/quality. Great atmosphere, make sure to book if you want a table, it was busy when we arrived and equally as busy when we left. Okay selection of wines, pity they don't do any spanish beers. Staff are effected when busy, our wine was forgotten about twice and had to slow down on... More

With my wife and sister, enjoying fantastic food and wine at la bodega. Nice seats, Busy noisy and fun atmosphere. And the grandparents are minding the kids - perfection!! Now, just another look at that wine menu!

In fairness it has a great atmosphere and the service was ok but 4 very average dishes and a bottle of wine for €80!! 2 of the 'tapas' were a joke- 3 prawns on a small token of over cooked chorizo pieces and some deep fried potatoes smothered in garlic sauce- save your money and get some garlic chips at... having booked this restaurant for a celebration and bringing our guests from America out for dinner. when confirming the time I was informed that they could not accommodate us "oh no we can't do that" was the precise declaration. Due to their inefficiency I was left at short notice to try and find another restaurant for our party. not even... More
