We stayed for 8 days at the Clontarf Castle (excellent -5 stars) and upon recommendation from our cab driver visited the Yacht Restaurant. We were seated by a nice young lady. Our over weight sweaty waiter eventually took our dinner order. That was the last...More

After a long walk from the city to the island where the kites were flying, the Yacht was a welcome respite to spend two hours and fill up on some good old fashioned carvery food at great prices and great quality on the way back....More

We went there for dinner. The waiters weren't very attentive. The food was soggy and didn't taste good. When we asked for the bill it took them 30min to bring it. The place was dirty too.

Hi I am considering booking this hotel for my parents 30th wedding anniversary gift. Firstly, if I pay on my debit card (because it is a surprise) do they have to bring my debit card with them on the trip? Also is the hotel within walking distance to bars, restaurants, nightlife? if so, how long? Kindest Regards, Fabiana

this is just a bar and restaruant about 25 mins-30 walk into dublin city centre. if they want nightlife or bars you are better off booking somewhere in city centre. D4 Hotels are good and not far away or anywhere around... More
