Highly recommended. My favorite pub in Dublin with some of the best trad music sessions that I have experienced. Make sure that you catch a session!

Love this bar because it is an authentic Dublin Bar. Where you can still talk to people. If you expect live music you need to go somewhere else but you can enjoy a few pints and talk to others.

Visit on the Sunday night for live music and loveable locals. Feels like a real locals pub in the heart of the city, offering a nice change from some of the tourist trap bars.

We have been here at 9pm to have something to eat and drink after a day tour out of Dublin. We ordered Sandwiches and Guinness. Sandwiches were served with fries and they were very good. Guinness was excellent. I really suggest it for a quick stop and have a great irish pub experience.

Heard great things about live music and good food in this place: so disappointing in real life. Whole place from bar, tables, chairs and floor all need a deep clean. Had intended eating there but visit to restroom put me off: filthy. Didn't finish drink and made quick exit. Such a shame as it looks like a lovely old-fashioned traditional... More

Beautiful old bar...stop by for at least a drink. I enjoyed stopping at the different pubs and meeting the people.

Great beer and whiskey selection. Good Irish music and an outdoor beer garden with heaters and where you can smoke. Fun place to go.

O'Donoghue's pub was recommended to us and it did not disappoint! There's a great atmosphere with loads of photos of past visitors. We ate delicious Irish stew and drank Guinness, the total cost was €21!!!!

Nice irish bar not too loud which was great after a night out when you just want a cure. Popped in for a full irish and a pint and wasn't disappointed. The staff are nice the bar is cosy and the food is good! A lot of bars can be quite hectic with so many tourists and live music so... More

Popped in for a drink last week- usual selection of beers available so something for everyone. Bar staff were friendly. Very pleasant bar to have a conversation as no music playing but I would imagine the place comes alive at weekends with more people crowded in.
