5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

We had just arrived in Dublin and were looking for a bite to eat. This was a great discovery, food was delicious, staff were so genuinely friendly and prices very reasonable. A great buzz as we were there at lunchtime which just got busier and busier. It looks very small from outside but just grows and grows once you are... More

First visited last year before a rugby match. Pub was packed them as you'd expect. Came back today at lunch time, place still packed with regulars for the quality of the food. A great place to pop in if you're in the area.

We first visited on Saturday lunchtime to catch the afternoon rugby and a bite to eat before heading off to see England play Ireland at the Aviva Stadium. When you first walk in it looks very small with not much room to sit but like so many pubs in Dublin the space just goes on and on and it this... More

Met up with some Irish cousins here (I'm a Yank) for a few pints on Saturday night. The place is fairly vast, and the crowd was evenly distributed through all the rooms. Great, fresh Guinness and a few other beer options, but not a craft beer haven. Still, you come here for the surroundings, and it is second to none.

Went there by myself and wanted to enjoy a typical Irish meal and a Guinness. I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Relaxed atmosphere with definite Italian influence. Dishes thoughtfully prepared. Pasta particularly good...cooked exactly right. Comprehensive Italian wine selection. Early in day accompanied children welcomed. A great all round restaurant.

Fantastic bar staff. Guinness perfect of course. Whiskey menu and advice is something to experience. Great pub away from the madness of the main tourist areas but still lively and craic to be had.

I really enjoyed the fish and chips but what I liked the most was the atmosphere. There were a lot of locals coming in to watch Gaelic football with their friends.

Great pub, with excellent service! Enjoyed a few after work drinks there recently and the barman Damien could not have looked after us better. Would highly recommend!

Thank Dave K
