By sheer luck we stumbled upon this watering hole and what luck it was. There must have been over a hundred people Outside the bar drinking Guinness for the most part. We squeezed inside to get a few wobbly pops ourselves and then came outside...More

We first visited Kehoe's in August 2005, as we honeymooned in Dublin. We fell in love with the place back then. This August, with a 9-year-old and a 5-year-old in tow, we went back for a drink at Kehoe's and were delighted to be able...More

Laid back atmosphere. Lots of locals watching sports. Good pub experience. We hung out in one of the small private enclaves- nice afternoon. Good beer selection too- great place for a true Guinness. Also had some Guinness limited release offerings that can be hard to...More

Lovely pints of Guinness and usually a good atmosphere. It has a rural feel to it despite being in the heart of the city.

I would agree with Kbono14 about Keoghs. Maybe worth a try at Doheny & Nesbitt if you want a true Irish pub experience (Baggot St) or assuming your son eats meat (I'm taking dairy to mean cheese, milk & eggs) I can truly... More
