This restaurant is round for a long time. It's very small and tables are close together, but that adds to the atmosphere. The staff are all Italian and this is the real deal. No it's not fine dining or the place to go for a romantic dinner....but I love it. They do a lunch special for 10.90E , starter, main... More

Great pizza! Other delicious looking dishes too. The owner/lady who waited on us was from Italy and was very warm and inviting. Reasonably priced. Great place for families. I will return.

Been here a couple of times now, for late(ish)-night munches after an evening out. It's small and cosy - and we ended up sitting at the little bar both times, but found it comfortable and it gave us a chance to chat to the staff, who were both times very friendly and helpful with recommendations while at the same time... We have had dinner here now twice. Our first time we ordered from the menu, Cannelloni and Penne a la Parmesan. Both were home made paste, with very delicate sauces and cheeses. The pasta was also cooked just perfectly. The wines are very nice if pedestrian. The service is a highlight, a very pleasant bunch of Italian expats who love... More

Not eaten in here for years until earlier this week. Bruschetta was lovely, tasty, loads of tomato and garlic, just the way I like it. The main course of pizza was good as well - I liked the option of choosing two slices of pizza. It's more a café than a restaurant to be honest, however perfect for a quick... More

Very low key. Lots of locals. Not the friendliest service but they took the order brought the food and made sure we had everything we needed. Great Pizza and the salads are large.

Authentic Italian food; lots of vegetarian options; fast service; small "vibrant" atmosphere a bit noisy but not too noisy. About eight indoor tables and three outdoors with heat lamps outside. Good wine selection, and convenient to city centre.

A trip in to the city centre would not be the same without a visit to Steps of Rome, the pizza is fantastic and always complimented by really friendly service.

We ordered caprese salad and a salami, mushroom and artichoke heart pizza to share. The tomatoes and mozzarella with basil were delicious. The pizza had a lovely thin crust and the right amount of sauce and cheese. Unfortunately the artichoke hearts were so salty that they soaked into the crust and we couldn't eat the middle of the pizza. The... More

Went to steps of Rome twice recently - food was really lovely -so good you want to go back. It's quite slow at lunchtime, waiting for 30 mins before the food arrived - a bit of a rush if you only have an hour and need to rush back to office 😖
