We were in the bar for the Brazil/Mexico World Cup game and they shut the kitchen down in the middle of the game. Half of my family received food and the other half didn’t. We were told it would open again in 30 mins, then...More

Meals were cold. Staff trying to do their best but a large mess around the bar area during World Cup soccer. Clearly unstaffed.

I stopped by after a day’s walking, hungry but primarily in need of a Guinness. They don’t stock it! I was offered Beamish instead. The sweet taste has never appealed. So I left. Hence the poor review. But to be fair, the pub was busy,...More

Horrendous experience lunchtime today. Place grubby, food badly overcooked, like something cooked on tin foil over an open fire, appallingly bad overcooked chips. Maybe I arrived on a bad day but looking at the other reviews I don't believe so. Steer clear at all costs....More

Cheap drink and rubbish food. What else can you say? Kids serving behind the bar who seem to have no experience. No queuing procedure at bar so you have to chance your luck.
