We found the staff to be friendly, and this was on a busy Saturday. We came back for dinner and had roast beef and Guinness stew. Both were good and the portions ample. This was also one of the more reasonably priced meals.

There are much better and much friend started pub in the area. We could get waited on and when we finally did, we got the sense we were imposing. The beer tastes the same elsewhere and the staff is much friendlier.
