Nice modern cafe with good coffee and our sever was friendly 😀. Had the full Irish breakfast here. Nice but the fried egg was under cooked with semi raw egg white..thats a big no no from a chefs point of view. But aside from that its a decent coffee shop. Pastries are from a catalog unfortunately. Its a mainstream typical... More

This was one of those places where you walk in and feel like you're offending the staff by being there. I walked up to the counter to see the menu and was told (not asked) to sit down, as it's table service. That's fine but you'd think that me being the only person in there aside from one table of... We met the proprietors of Cafe Roscoe while enjoying a pint at a local pub. Stuart and his wife Mariana were beyond delightful and hospitable providing us with great information for our short stay in Galway. We decided we must have lunch at their restaurant and made our way to Cafe Roscoe the following day. We loved it! We enjoyed... More

I called in here, having visited Galway Cathedral and University. Convenient to the city centre. Service and food good. A good fast food cafe and "geared-up" for passing trade. Buskers usually do not frequent this busy street/arterial route. Recommended.

When you need to sit down after walking around Galway City, this is the place. Great coffees and sandwiches. Generous portions and fair prices. The staff are mostly Eastern European, so very polite, helpful and cheerful. For Americans - try the BLT on brown bread. The closest you will come to the real thing! The turkey club is great too!... Service is very friendly and place is exceptionally clean. You pay a bit less here than other Galway eateries but there is no lack of quality. My full Irish breakfast was produced very quickly and you could tell that the food was as fresh and cooked to order as it could be. Other meals were on offer and a great... More

We popped in for breakfast just before the light rain became a downpour so had a table before the crowd arrived trying to get out of the storm. Cafe Roscoe seemed to be one of a very few restaurants open at 11am on Sunday. Quick service and although the menu advises patience since everything is made to order, the wait... More

Popped in to Cafe Roscoe's to get out from the rain and had a cup of tea and scones. Good service. Nice little cafe with free WiFi.
