Our tour bus made a short stop in Galway. We ditched the city tour and had a wonderful lunch at The Quay Street Kitchen. There were plenty of good vegetarian menu choices for my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the best lamb shank ever. Our daughter enjoyed her salad as well but the winner was the lamb. A must go... Really friendly staff. The food was delicious and service was quick! I had a spicy Moroccan stew that was flavorful with a ton of veggies. My husband had their burger and chips. The burger he rated as top 5 burgers he's had. The chips were well seasoned, we both agreed they serve the best chips in Ireland. All the other... More

Good food, friendly staff and well priced. Really enjoyed our meals. There was plenty of choice. You need to go early to be sure of a seat.

Firstly staff was great. It was a busy night but the service was excellent. Main meal was so good that we had to try the dessert. As expected the dessert was amazing too. I would definitely go back

Enjoyed a relaxing family lunch. Lamb shank favourite all round. Staff obliging but not intrusive. Very small restaurant space and wouldn't take a booking for group of 10 but accommodated us on walk in.

Lovely fresh ingredients, all food seemed to be homemade on site. Good, varied selection of food. Great gluten free options and very helpful in orienteering through the menu, which didn't have the allergens printed at the time. Can get quite busy and we ended up having to share a table with a family, which wasn't ideal.

We were directed by friends to go to Donoughs across the street and the menu just didn't do it for me so we stopped in here to Quays Street Kitchen and boy were we happy we did!! Our best meal in Ireland. My husband had the bucket of mussels while I had the lamb shank in wine sauce. Oh my... More
