We stopped by for lunch and were so pleased with the authentic, tasty, savory pies! The interior has an authentic hip, Irish pub vibe with quirky decoration. The service was friendly and even fun. Drop by while you're shopping the high street.

Stopped by this afternoon and had the best rhubarb pie and apple pie. The buttery crust was wonderful! And the cappuccino was very good. Great service. Was sat outside during a beautiful afternoon.

My fiancee and I were walking the area around Shop St and came upon this little treasure. It was about 5pm and we stopped in for dinner. We shared the braised beef pie and the banana dessert. It was definitely the best meal we have...More

I stopped in The Pie Maker and enjoyed a delicious piece of chocolate pecan pie with a superb Americano. If I had been in Galway longer, I definitely would have gone back and enjoyed a savory pie. Note that they do serve beer--the best possible...More

The Pie Maker opens at 11 am Saturday through Sunday; at least according to what is posted for the hours on Trip Advisor. Yes, it is definitely possible to eat at the bar and given the limited seating, I suspect that it is... More
