We used to drink here 20 years ago and walking into the downstairs bar it has not changed at all, band playing, good atmosphere etc. Went upstairs and there's another bar with a snug dining area. The currrent chef has only been there for a...More

We visited early on just for drinks; so I am not sure about the food. Great place to go for live music shows which I think were scheduled every day on a board above the bar. It was busy bustling and noisy.

Popped in for a couple of drinks and felt it was somewhere I would love to go back to. Good music and also good value drink prices.

I had only recently heard about this restaurant and was really looking forward to trying something different from the chains. The menu sounded good and the place certainly was nicely decorated if a little chilly and quiet for a Friday night. The owner / chef...More

Can't believe it's taken us so long to find this hidden Gem. We love quirky places with lots of character. Having been to Egypt myself a few times, it brought back happy memories. Such a shame so few people know about it, as it's upstairs...More

I've never wanted to write a review on something before but this place is Amazing. The service is really great and the food is so tasty it is hard to choose a dish because everything looks good. Me and my Husband were the only people...More

This lovely little restaurant is tucked upstairs (and quite seperate from) the Blues Bar, just a few steps down the hill from Betty's. It's a smashing place with a small fresh menu serving delicious falafel, dips, stuffed vine leaves etc. It's a great choice for...More
