Reviewed yesterday NEW

I have eaten at Theoc a number of times, and the foods always been great. Visited yesterday and it seems to be slipping. It's become quite common for dogs to be in there with their owners now. This a pain when your trying to get to the bar and you feel like your playing hopscotch to get to the bar.... More

I visited this establishment with my wife, daughter and friends for an afternoon meal. The place had a roomy and homely feel about it and was tastefully decorated. But the experience was spoiled by the terrible service and below standard meals. Two of the items that we tried to order were not available so the bar man came to our... More

A nice choice for breakfast and a slight quirky twist. Avocado tomatos and sour dough toast was a first and delightful. Caters for veggies too. Ambience is cosy. Service was friendly and efficient.

Wrong drinks served, several vegetarian options advertised on menu not available and another meal that we ordered wasn't available but we weren't advised of this until we were brought an alternative meal that we didn't want . Poor. Avoid.

Called in today for lunch whilst on a long cycle trip. There's a good choice of options including gluten free. All the food was freshly cooked and nicely served. The service was quite slow but the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value

Did not know what to expect,,, Its like a mish mash of Cafe / Pub/ restaurant, Not that sure of what it is, But we finally worked out what to order. We had a couple of starters, Then ( 4 of us ) 3 sets of the Tapas 3 for £9 ish Some of these were quite nice. Plus one... More

Haven't been for a while and I when reading the mouth watering menu I wished I'd not left it so long. I stuck with my old favourite - the House Burger and it was as beautiful as it always has been. With a nicely picked Delacroix of ales to chose from I had a cracking dinner. Just one thing.... can... More

... on Saturday night I would have rated Theoc House 4-5: good food; good beer; good service. This rating was given as on Sunday morning husband & I went for breakfast/brunch - we waited for just under half an hour for our food (this is somewhere that boasts it serves brunch all day until 10pm, so would have thought that...
