Fabulous venue, fabulous service, noticeable price increase, but good food with limited options if you aren't a carnivore. If you are a meat eater, and the dishes are as good as the single veggie choice, you can fill your boots and enjoy it! However if...More

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were attending a wedding reception in the evening and they booked our taxis either way for us. Breakfast was excellent.

Decided to call in on our way back home and so glad we did. What a warm welcome and asked if we wanted to sit near the log burner which of course we did as it was raining and not particularly warm outside. We had...More

What a shame you didn’t enjoy your visit, I have to say seems very unfair. All our food is cooked to a high standard and we have very little complaint from our loyal customers. Such a shame you have chosen to put all of this...More

Not what we expected. Stopped for lunch and although the beer was good and surroundings pleasant, the food was surprisingly unpleasant. The kids' pizzas were Chicago Town frozen jobs (admittedly they like them but I resent paying nearly six quid for one), and our steak...More

The Derby Arms is a rather handsome partially thatched pub set in the tranquil rural village of Treales near Preston, Lancashire.Inside you’ll find open fires, old beams and a great big bar plus the odd twist or two that befits the quirkiness of this beautiful countryside pub. We are proud to offer freshly-made, locally-sourced food combined with table service with a range of cask ales and hand selected wines.
