Really friendly staff and great service, with a relaxed atmosphere...I love the multi coloured sofa in the window, the book exchange and notice boards...I tend to have a large juice, which are always freshly made and make me feel great, along with either one of the salads, a toasted sandwich or a baked potato. If youre into healthy food then... More

On several levels with difficult steps to get to counter. Very difficult to read the menu as its on the wall with lots of corrections. Just not VI friendly. Nice food but why struggle.

The man who appeared to own the juice bar seemed quite rude to his staff on my visits which was not a good start. Despite this, the smoothies I had here were very tasty and they seemed to have a range of choices, the food was pleasant too-with a nice amount of veggie options! However, i will not be visiting... A family friendly cafe with a selection of delicious sandwiches, bagels, toast, cakes and treats. Refreshing smoothies, luxurious milkshakes and lovely coffee. The staff are very nice, especially the manager. With a great 'hipster' vibe.

Battery Park is shabby chic. It's very friendly and the coffees, shakes and smoothies are great. However the outstanding thing here is the hot buttered toast. Living at the other end of Chorlton I walk past every other cafe for a couple of slices of this delicious treat.

I went here with young children. It is not suitable establishment. It dirty. The tables are not clean and the chairs do not look stable. Not sure what kind of look the owner is trying to create. It is certainly not child friendly. The gentleman who served us should not be working in a customer service environment. He does not... More

Great place to meet. Just to clarify an omission by Tripadvisor. The painting is © 2016 Peter Topping, Paintings from Pictures. Please enjoy it but don't copy or share it.

Bad service, long, long wait. 15 mins for a coffee which went cold quickly. Even longer wait for a bagel. Multi-tasking staff, unable to do anything well. The manager was taking orders, trying to make coffee, cleaning tables and waiting on. The "waitress" standing around chatting, totally unapologetic and smiling like a fool when I went to complain about the... More

Good value healthy food and snacks as well as juices, recommend. Everything is made fresh to order, so that explains any wait. Toilet could do with redecorating/cleaning more regularly though. Good to support an independent local business.
