We were staying in Colmar for a couple nights and came across this place for lunch. We had the soup of the day which was a delicious vegetable soup with crusty bread. So we booked a table for dinner that same night and weren’t disappointed...More

We went here on our arrival night at the recommendation of our B&B hostess, and it was an excellent place given our exhaustion. I had moules et frites, and they were excellent and I don't recall my spouse's dish. We were treated well, and the...More

We founded this Authentic brasserie earlier in the day and made a reservation for dinner. Which was necessary, it was Saturday night and very busy. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Very good recommendations for food as well as wine. We chose traditional Alsacien...More

We were staying in a hotel in the neighborhood and found this restaurant as a result of a Tripadvisor research. It was full with locals and we thought that it is a good sign. We were 3 and each of us had a different kind...More

nice staff, good food...I had the fillet of beef which I couldn't actually finish (tip - if you order medium rare it is more medium). I wanted something sweet & the waitress got me a half portion of choc mousse.

It really is everything you could ask for in a Winstub. Great staff, great food and a great list of wines from Alsace. Lots of people clearly having a good time, what more do you want?

I can rate only the one dish I had, “choucroute a l’auberge," which was simply the best choucroute garni that I've had: a great selection of meats (I think one was a liver dumpling, and I don’t like liver, but this one was great); and...More

This wonderful place is a hotel restaurant. Hard to believe that you can get this kind of old world ambience, ultra-professional service (the waiters are middle aged and love their craft) along with such marvelous food at a Best Western. I had the "herring with...More
