A Trip Advisor Recommendation, this restaurant did not fail. Intimate, exquisite and with attentive but discreet professional staff who communicated easily in English. My friend's duck was the best he said he had ever tasted and my shrimps, red pepper and orange on a bed of buckwheat was a melange of exotic, contrasting and original juxtapositions. Each mouthful was a discovery.... More

This was recommended me by friend. Did find a good table for four in evening quite luckily, enjoyed the service, ambience and the food. Very nice soups and 'nougat' starter. I liked their reasonable pricing and nice combinations. Portions were bigger than one might expect. Overall a very nice experience and warmly recommened!

After eating on an amazing cruise ship for several days, we decided to eat in town for our lunch meal. What a find! This was the BEST meal of our 2 week travels thru Germany and France. All locally sourced produce. This restaurant offers a daily three course lunch, written on a board in front of the outdoor tables. Just... More

Visiting Strasbourg for one day on a Christmas Markets river cruise, needed a Monday reservation. Found this restaurant named multiple times as a favorite of locals. Our VISA concierge service made the reservation since there are no online reservation options. It was worth the effort--we had a lovely meal, each of us trying a different entrée, the fois gras appetizer... More

Another great evening in this restaurant which has been consistently excellent over the last 15 years. The pork rib was juicy and tender and came with an amazing celeriac risotto. Smart wine list.

So happy to have researched the restaurant scene in Strasbourg prior to travelling. L'Eveil des Sens is an exceptional restaurant and delivers on every level. From the Decor to the finest detail on the plate, everything is accomplished so well. The people, the food, the suggestions, wine, everything is done to a high standard. This restaurant will not disappoint!

After seeing the many surrounding touristy menus, this charming place was a delight. The fixed -price lunchtime "gourmand" menu is approx. 20, 25, or 30e for 1, 2, or 3 courses. With only 28 covers, the setting is small and personal, and rapidly fills by 1pm. We were told that evening meals required several days notice for bookings- both good... More

Diner with the team for year end. Nice location, nice decoration, in the middle of the petite France. Warm welcome, everything perfectly organized, the food inventive and top, the wine list well thought to accompany almost anything, this is definitely a top address. Given the evening, the bill remained largely acceptable, which becomes rare nowadays! I strongly recommend
