While taking the boat tour, I got caught in the rain(trapped). Once the tour was over, I decided to enter the nearest restaurant to and warm myself before leaving Strasbourg. The service was good, the staff managed to handle orders despite being overwhelmed. I ordered fleischkiechle and the quality was just not there, it was like something you would get... More

We had a pleasant dinner, the waitress suggested us some alsace dishes and take care of our special requests regarding allergy. Despite been more than 10 our food arrived fairly quickly and tasted delicious. I had a steak and I like it very well done, usually I have to send it back at least once to get it right. In... More

The order was taken after just waiting a few minutes, the food was served some minutes later, had a delicious tarte flambée. Its location - a bit off the crowds - is very pleasant for a relaxing meal. Only the aperitiv was a bit expensive.

This was a good place for lunch in Strasbourg. Food is mostly heavier German style food, but good. Service was very good. Wine was excellent.

I researched this restaurant on Trip Advisor before going to dinner there, and many of the reviews were rather comically proven true. There was ample outside seating and the interior decor was charming. However, it was immediately apparent that there weren't enough servers. One of the waiters was running about all over the place so quickly that we were afraid... More

Bad food and thus expensive. Waste of time and money. Nice location, though, close to the Strassbourg Cathedral. Did not expect a gourmet dinner - but certainly not this kind of tasteless fastfood either.

went there for dinner and was very pleased with the food. the restaurant is in a very old building so was very interesting from inside the service was very average as it felt they were short of staff with to many tables full and only 2 floor staff to handle the place. it took a long time for our food... We were glad that we decided to eat here as (a) the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. I ordered 6 escargot for starters and they were OK without being stunning. For main course my wife had Cordon Bleu and I had Ham Knuckle served on Sauerkraut with Boiled Potatoes .... we were both very impressed with the freshness... More

Location is very near the Cathedral of Strasbourg. Staffs are . Good Alsace white wine in ordered carafe. Food is also good, specially sausage dish. The smoked-salmon dish is worth. Desserts are normal. Overall, it's fine to our quite good lunch.

The food is alright but seriously nothing surprising. The "Alsace" menu is not that Alsacien after all - you can eat snails + chicken/veal + creme brûlée easily anywhere in France. The service though... Oh my goodness, it was truly horrible to the next level. We were sitting on the terrace but the waiter was never there. We thought it... More
