Beautiful & cosy seafood restaurant - we had prawns, oysters, cod fillet & mixed fish grill and all were delicious. We sat by the kitchen so could see all the preparation & cooking which was nice to watch! Reasonably priced.

I would highly recommend the fish here. It was recommended to us by our local host and did not disappoint.

If you want fresh seafood, this is the place! My wife and I had an outstanding meal on a late Sunday afternoon. The various dishes that we had--calamari salad, seafood soup, flounder, sea bass--were excellent. A strength of the restaurant is that it is open noon to late evening, seven days a week.

The food is good . Don't end up in the basement . You will struggle for service and you will smell of smoke from the kitchen . Its full of tourists like ourselves paying tourist prices . They re all advertised clearly enough so I'm not sure why i was shocked when the bill came .

We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel and we weren't disappointed. The menu changes daily according to the catch of the day. Indeed some of the fish etc was on display and looked wonderful. We know that the French eat lunch comparatively early and we arrived without a reservation just after 12 noon. We were happy... More

Situated In the centre of Bordeaux in this restaurant you can find delicious food, fish and meat as well, and good wine. A bit noisy, so not ideal for romantic dinner with candle lights, but perfect for all other occasions. Highly recommended! I really enjoyed the fish soup. Gnam!

If you are looking for good seafood in Bordeaux, look no farther than Le petit Commerce. After an ok meal last night, this restaurant made Bordeaux for us. Fresh sole, langoustine, crab, etc. all simply grilled with no sauce. The clams were a huge portion and the seafood tray appetizer could have been the meal. We shared a Sole for... More

A very pleasant meal and very good value. Friendly and efficient service. Eating outside in February was a risk, but worth it, and anyway all the seats were provided with blankets in case it was cold!

Specailises in seafood. Dropped in for a quick lunch. The menu of the day was excellent (pumpkin soup followed by hake) and very good value. Local wine by the glass at reasonable prices. Can't vouch for the evening menu, but if our lunch was anything to go by, the standard will be very high. The neighbouring table was certainly enjoying... More

Perfect lunch of mussels to share with grilled hake for main. Lovely wine of the week to accompany our meal. Service was excellent and seafood was so fresh and delicious!
