I went there with friends twice. It is a very trendy and nice cafe. They do fresh juices (the orange juice is very good), coffee and cakes. Their brownies are very good and the carrot cake is quite nice. Prices are quite high but I recommend the place.

Super american-style ambience coffee shop/ resto. Lunch served til late! Great atmosphere with friendly staffs. You can have a simple drink and hangout with friends or simply enjoy your meal. Very delicious classic American cheesecake. It was my first time there and it will not be the last. Best of all, they offer unlimited WiFi. Perfect for those who needs... More

We spent one morning having breakfast here. We had a chance to have a ‘normal’ breakfast with a bacon and egg roll, and a bircher muesli. As much as we love the market, and French breakfasts, a change is as good as a holiday!

As the name suggests this is not a French cafe. You can get any number of cakes and biscuits and on Sundays there is a very popular brunch. There are high chairs for children.

It was mid-morning, we were hungry for a hearty breakfast, and most cafes weren't serving yet. So we were thrilled to find this cute place, where the owner (from Milwaukee, of course!) warmly greeted us with a smile. The food was very good. Some in our travel party were craving eggs, and they loved their breakfast sandwiches and coffee. I... More

'Milwaukee' may be the most celebrated US cafe/restaurant abroad after Rick's Cafe Americain in the film 'Casablanca'...... We went there in the latter part of August at ca 11am for a top-up after break- -fast, though it was doubtless brunch for some others. 'Rick' here is a pleasant, quite chatty but efficient lady, who does indeed hail from Milwaukee. Our... More

The food is good, nothing amazing but you can find healthy and vegetarian options which is nice to have in Biarritz. The coffee is a bit disappointing. The service is nice. Prices are a bit high but still OK

Great place to visit to understand French coffee types. They have a great display describing them. I got the noisette. Exactly what I was looking for. My wife got a pastry and cappuccino. She was less enthusiastic (had two bites). This is coming from someone who is a cappuccino connoisseur.

Thank Michael A

Since October 2011, An American Bakery/Coffee Shop right inside the wonderful Biarritz food market. We have excellent coffee and delicious fresh baked goods available every day. Cheesecake, carrotcake, brownies, muffins, banana bread, cookies, lemon shortbread and fresh hot pancakes too! We have a healthy juice bar with fresh fruit and vegetable juices available as well. Everything can be enjoyed at the counter or if you're in a hurry, take it to go! Now open since Oct 2013 our new flagship downtown location at 2 rue de Helder in Biarritz! We are very excited to announce that our new location features not only our fabulous baked goods but also delectable savory items including fresh salad, hot and cold sandwiches, chili, burgers, soup and savory muffins and a much requested Sunday Brunch. Stop by and check out the coolest coffee shop in town!
