We stayed here September 2020 and we were totally disgusted with the overall cleanliness we found it very dirty and neglected, rodent droppings in the fridge and most of the kitchen cupboards and the all-over condition of the property substandard. Lucky to get one sta

Parked the far side of Taden then walked along the Rance riverbank to Dinan. Stopped here for a Croque Madame, frites and a biere. Asked the English server about the Tourist train, and she also told us about the free bus up to Dinan which...we used a few days later. Route from the Quay to the town is up a very steep cobbled street so the free bus was brilliant in view of my arthritic knees.More

On a lovely summer afternoon, this bar restaurant is just the place to sit back and relax beside the river Rance in Dinan. Service was quick for what is a good selection of drinks and snacks and although we didn't try them, the ice cream...desserts looked amazing. Colourful deck lounges and umbrellas made it easy to relax!More

Found this beautiful restaurant at the end of the wharf walk at Dinan Port by the river. On a beautiful sunny afternoon we sat out on banana lounges, had a few drinks and a snack then kicked back and enjoyed the ambiance! Staff and service...fantastic and quick. Very crowded when we were there but didn't have to wait long at all.More

We were recommended this place by our hosts in Brittany and we're so glad we tried it. This is a beautiful little bar/restaurant right on the river in Dinan, just up from the harbour. Staff were all very friendly and spoke very good English (some...were actually English!). The menu was fairly small but everything we had was delicious. The moules frites were fantastic and was the biggest pot of moules I've seen! Very good ice cream selection for desserts too. Highly recommend!More

This is a little gem of a restaurant serving very good food at reasonable prices. The staff were extremely helpful to us deciding where to go in Dinan and spoke very good English. We eat entecote steak, which just melted in your mouth. They do...stop serving food at 6.00pm so really an excleent place for lunch or early evening meal.More

Tucked away at the very far end of Port De Dinan, this cafe is the perfect spot for indulging in a Val de Rance cider or 2! Situated on the river in extensive gardens with brightly coloured deck chairs /lounging chairs, it is a great...place for relaxing...especially if the sun is shining. Cafe style food seems to be served until 6pm. Would recommend trying the house burger which was loaded with gherkins, bacon and a soft style herbed cheese. Also the baked Camembert was truly delicious. Parking available behind the cafe if you have transport.More

I cycled 40 miles enroute to St Malo with this lovely welcoming cafe in mind for my lunch. It is always a pleasure to enjoy my time here. The waiting staff are so helpful and you are never hurried through your lunch. I recommend the...croque monsieur and frites, and to sit and watch life go buy along the river or catch up on emails whilst enjoying free WiFi Access, a rare bonus in French cafes and restaurants! I can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks timeMore

Friendly staff, huge portions, perfect riverside setting just outside Dinan. Lunch service. Welcoming to all diets and English spoken. Handy for cyclists passing along river. They also have wonderful inexpensive gites to rent.
