You don't seem to be able to get mussels this tender and juicy, and not for these prices in Australia. Simply delicious. Ate al fresco on a warm summer evening and with a bottle of local house wine in a such a delightful city as Dijon, with the one I love. This is living!

Cute nautical-themed seafood restaurant. I had the mussels and it was the tiny mussels not the usual big ones, they give you SO much. the fries were great too, perfectly cooked. Other patrons were getting the oysters which looked large and fresh, we however could barely finish a half of the mussels due to quantity so were unable to try... More

We stumbled into the market on the morning of our departure at about 08:00 AM on a Saturday and loved what we saw. Plenty of fresh seafood, cheese, meat and other awesome food were laid just in front of us, presenting the reason why french food is still amongst the most admired and loved kitchens in the world. A most... More

We have been going here for years, before the present owners. It continues to be excellent and the Soup de Poisson is delicious. Their oysters are the best. Service very personable.

Popped in here for dinner one night. Very simple but nice decor, extremely attentive staff and reasonably priced. Some of the platters looked pretty huge, but we had moules and tuna - both perfectly fine. Not a massively interesting menu for smaller meals, but I should imagine it's pretty good if you fancy moules, oysters or a platter.

We stopped by to check out Le Bistrot de Marche next door, recommended with mixed reviews by TA. This was more inviting. It was a nice discovery. We chose the quiet and modern indoors, since the Dijon Marche was still going on, so the terrace was nice but noisy. After a Kir, we started with the oysters, a bit salty... More

Family-run restaurant with both fresh fish and meat on menu right outside Les Halles. Quite pleasant and accommodating. Enjoyed the lentilles with foie gras and tuna carpaccio, both superior. Pleasant, elegantly informal.

i visited this restaurant during two stays in Dijon and found it friendly, convenient to center city and all its attractions with extremely good food. Planning another trip this year and expect to seek my dining here. i visited in both 2012 and 2014 for both lunch and dinner. It is situated in the center of the market area and... More

Dijon is an interesting place in terms of its restaurants. There are a few gourmet establishments, many tourist restaurants situated around he Place de la Liberation and a whole host of specialist shops and restaurants around the foodie quarter adjacent to Les Halles market. This is where most of the locals seem to buy their food and frequent restaurants, which... More
