My last visit was a bit of a disappointment.Smaller portions for a higher price, waiting between dishes, and very little excitement about the food.

As we arrived around 12h30, we were greeted by a very professional waiter would offered to take our coats and even to store our groceries, which we had bought at the market the same morning, in their fridges. The bottle of wine we chose on the menu was not available anymore but the waiter proposed another one which was even... More

In a historical building right in the center of Dijon, this restaurant offers an innovative cuisine. For dinner we did not have the choice of the meals, only one menu, but everything was just delicious. Perfect service, nice dining room, with an open space where you can see the cooks in the kitchen. They also have a terrasse.

This was our 3rd 1 Star dining experience. After walking around the center of Dijon we were seated and began our 7 course tasting menu. The service was a bit uneven. We started with Foie Gras and it was good. Next was a take on shrimp ceviche that we did not like. Then there was a trout dish and then... More

La Maison des Cariatedes was a remarkable experience. We had not previously eaten in a Michelin star restaurant. The dinner was 7 course fixed price. The atmosphere had a feel of casualness, coziness and warmth. The courses were not only delicious, but beautiful and unusual. The wine list was excellent and the service wonderful. Overall, it was a memorable experience... More

Great visit, incredible dishes, wonderful service. Really impressed. And the price for a Michelin starred restaurant with such a wide tasting menu is very very reasonable. A MUST for real gastronomes in Dijon.

The most amazing culinary experience. We ate for two hours and every new plate was a new delicacy. Highly recommend this place!

This is a perfect place to experience modern French cooking in a nice setting. If you sit inside you have a clear view into the compact kitchen where a team of 5-6 young chefs create your meal. The set menu was excellent - the dishes used local ingredients and were well balanced. The service was particularly noteworthy - a team... More

This is possibly the most relaxed dining experience I've had in France. The restaurant has a modern rustic charm with a open kitchen. The music was perfectly balanced with the laid back, but precise workmanship from the chefs. A real joy to watch. The service was spotless and we really lowered our shoulders coming in. The food was spotless and... More
