A basic pizza/pasta place with a nice position on a tiny square with a rose garden. Perfect for a stiflingly hot evening with a toddler. The service was very, very quick - we received the food about 5 mins after ordering - and the food was fairly average but plentiful. I had a massive chicken salad, my husband enjoyed his... More

Great food in a lovely setting, very friendly staff, absolutely perfect! Very good value for money. Just across from an Irish Bar too! What more could you ask for?

We didn't want a three course meal so went to La Tosca. Had one of the best pastas with pesto I have ever enjoyed. My husband's pizza was excellent too. Very popular with locals stopping by for a quick meal and take away pizzas to very authentic feel.

This place deserves more than the 2.5 rating it has on this site. We went there because there seemed to be no place available anywhere else on this busy July night in Tours. We had escalope Marsala and house wine and coffee. The food was tasty, honest and very acceptable for the price. The wine was fresh and smooth, the... More

The food here was amazing. We had three pizzas here and they were all fab but the service was slow and disjointed. It's such a shame as it would have been 5 stars if the staff were quicker. They were polite and chatty but that may be the reason they are slow.

Starter, main and ½ bottle of red for €26.50. Can't beat that. Very, very busy (people waiting tables when I left around 20:30). Service and food both good. Perhaps has changed hands or improved since earlier poor ratings?

If you have to eat Italian in France then this is good choice. Tables out in the quiet square outside the restaurant give them a far wider reach than the small inside restaurant would be able to do. The menu is typical Italian food, pizza and pasta etc, but all of it was good, pizzas some of the best I... More

After a long day we were looking for a nice place for a quick meal, and despite our self-imposed ban on eating Italian food in France, we decided to try out this restaurant after seeing it packed with what seemed to be locals (including the nice fellow who drove our minivan that morning, who was there with his family). The... More

Situated just off Rue Corbet, a lovely little Italian restaurant where you can sit outside watching the swifts catch their supper and take it to the eaves of the houses. Service is great, prices are even better and oh, the food is good. Ate there three times, enjoyed every one

was very warmly greeted, and the outdoor area is VERY charming... entree was fromage ravioli which was nice enough. Pizza tasted like homemade pitabread pizzas. salad was swimming in dressing, but thats the same anywhere in France. forgot our wine... etc
