Martel Cellars suggested as it is only a short walk from the cellars, and others. Opens at noon, so plan accordingly. We expected a small lunch cafe. The menu was amazing. Really a dinner menu. Madame spoke little English but we got buy, using a translator and gestures. Fun. The food amount was so much we shared a plate and... More

Madame is always friendly and accommodating. A place we return to in Reims. A little Parma ham, cheese, bread and a green salad is a perfect light meal when spending the day tasting champagne.

So happy I found this place on TA. Located very conveniently to Tattinger, Martel, and the Basilique. Very welcoming service! Server spoke a little English and ordering was not a problem. Delicious food! Adorable restaurant. Highly recommended.

We found this little place walking down a side street as we left a champagne tasting at Pommery today. What an amazing lunch! The duck breast was the best I've ever had! My husband had the French version of shepherds pie (hachis parmentier) which was also lovely. A carafe of very decent Cotes du Rhone for 8.50 euros and mains... More

This is a lovely, family run, traditional French restaurant. It was unpretentious, clean, and the tables beautifully laid with white cloths over pink tablecloths. Food was simple and hot. The table wine was good. Madame was friendly and efficient and even tried a few words of English. Loos were spotless. We'd certainly go again.

Small family restaurant that serves great food. The entrecôte is fantastic as is the slow cooked beef. Well worth a visit for lunch or dinner. Only a few minutes walk from Tattinger.

So glad we went and tried this place out. I do not usually take a lot of notice of the reviews on TA for restaurants as we have been bitterly disappointed far too often. As it was a little out of the way we decided it might be okay. So glad we did, we were the only ones there for... More

Nice find, a small neighborhood restaurant. We had a nice lunch while waiting for a champagne cave tour. Portions were quite large. Excellent french food and great atmosphere, very old world and quaint inside. Menu on a board that is moved from table to table.

We visited this restaurant for lunch today. We found it by chance after we had arrived early for champagne tasting at a nearby cave. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The food was beautiful and nicely presented. I had pork rillettes followed by duck with green peppercorns and then raspberry tart. My husband, who doesn't eat meat was challenged as... More

Enjoyed a great lunch here for 47 euros with house wine. We ordered Gratin potatoes with sausage and Morbiere cheese and Lamb with Lentils. Both came with a salad and dessert. The food was delicious. The restaurant had many locals and a few tourists. The lady that served us was very helpful translating the menu. Au Plat du Jour is... More
