After a busy day, we came to this informal bar for a last drink before travelling back home. The last drink took several hours because the place makes you feel at home in your local pub. Very friendly and informal ; honest food ; good beers and wines. Sit down, lay back and enjoy the company.

Me and a friend came here after seeing some of the other reviews of the place. And taking the advice to order the Couscous was one of the best decisions we made the entire trip. Staff were friendly and helpful despite us not knowing french. Menu is easy enough to figure out on your own with a bit of help... More

We ate lunch here at 2.30pm on a Thursday .. Staff were friendly, although by 2.30 they had run out if some things on the menu. We enjoyed the simple food and terrace. Reasonable value.

We fell upon this place on a darkening October night because it was close to our holiday apartment, and ended up eating there twice in our 3 night break. Main attraction was that it reminded us of how left bank bistros used to be before we tourists swamped them. Good atmosphere, tightly packed tables, service reasonable though occasionally sluggish. Clientele... More

Cafe L'Abribus is a great restaurant to go to when you want to escape from the touristy side of Paris and experience something more authentic. There is a great balance between French and Moroccan cuisine that is delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and sweet. I would recommend this place to my closest friends!

Nice Staff, great atmosphere and the best couscous in town. 7.5 Euro for the vegetarian dish. You should try to stop there...

The food is excellent, and the other guests seemed to have a good time, so this may well be an exception: I went to the L'Abribus to sample the Couscous with Merguez sausage recommended by The Rough Guide. I arrived during Sunday lunch. A lone restaurant guest is often considered a problem. There were a number of available tables, but... More

This place is cute, it has a small bar and some parents were letting their 7 year old run around, and at one point even try to take one of our stools. The service was adequate, bartender did disappear for a while to sit at a table and have a beer. Prices fine, beer cold.

My daughter, her best friend, and I had lunch at this Moroccan-themed cafe right near the historic Pere Lachaise cemetery. We ordered three different varieties of couscous--lamb, chicken, and Margueza (sausage). My daughter ordered a large salad topped with various cheeses. All the portions were HUGE--the large dish of couscous came separately from a casserole dish of sauce and vegetables.... More
