We arrived for lunch a bit earlier than noon when restaurants normally start serving. The gentleman in the front entrance was setting up the sign out front and didn't mind. He was very accommodating also when we asked to change tables because the sun was directly in our faces, he didn't mind. We had the lunch menu of starter, main... More

We walked with our teen girls looking for the viaduct shops and stumbled across this great find. The menu is small, but the selections amazing. My neighbor selected tbe cheese plate for dessert and it looked so tempting. Quality of food outstanding and at a reasonable price.

Such a lovely place. We ate on the terrace on a beautiful late September sunny day which was just perfect. The menu is simple and extremely good value. The food was extremely tasty and well prepared. I would certainly return and recommend it, at least for lunch. The inside seems smaller and maybe a slightly different atmosphere from the terrace.... More

Great little restaurant on leafy square - great food and friendly service. Lunch is excellent value for money (€18 for 2 courses + coffee; €22 for 3 courses + coffee). Traditional French fare but not the same old menu you find in most places.

We enjoyed our evening very much with a three course dinner and wine. As we know very little French, the waiter happily went through the menu in English :-)

Not many people seem to frequent this little restaurant. We came across it when wandering the 11e and realising that we have should have booked every other place we came across and liked. The owner was very friendly and checked we understood the menu. The mains are quite traditional, old school French- kidneys and tripe. Beware the milky pasta sauce,... More

We enjoyed dinner at Les Rustres this evening and will definitely return. The proprietor was quite friendly, creating a welcoming environment in his small cafe. There were 6 - 8 items on the menu for each course, and my friends and I each ordered something different. I encourage you to ask for his suggestions. We enjoyed each course, and we... More

We enjoyed the food at this small French restaurant which caters to locals and not tourists. The menu was on a blackboard, but the server translated everything into English for us. The meal was delicious and the service was excellent.

The owner was very accommodating, and more than willing to help our vegetarian friend enjoy a delicious meal. The food was delicious from start to finish--our table ordered a pasta dish, a beef dish and a seafood dish, and all were expertly seasoned. I can't recommend this small unassuming restaurant enough! I have plans to return often!

Very good food for a decent price. Worth the trip if you happen to be in the neighborhood to see "how to became Parisian in one hour" at the Main d'or theater as we did. Wines were served at the right temperature and the owner serves himself meals to customers but find time for a little chat while the service... More
