When we see a 4.5 on tripadvisor, the first thing we think is Wow, must go! If you are a food lover like I am, you will find this restaurant to be somewhat of a big disappointment. For starters we had a carrot soup, well,...More

We were expecting a special meal for New Year's Eve but it was ordinary and overpriced. We had previously visited the restaurant at a lunchtime and were impressed but not on this special occasion. The food had been previously prepared, was not fresh and showed...More

I had a crab filled fried roll cut on a diagonal served with an artful and tasty sauce on the plate, it was an excellent and a very ample starter. I had a lamb leg confit for my main plat, I did not like the...More

This is a tiny restaurant on the Rue Jacob that probably accommodates 20 people at maximum capacity. It is delightful. Simple surroundings with friendly service despite the fact that the kitchen is up a narrow staircase, requiring much dexterity on the part of the servers....More

A warm oasis on a chilly November evening - we arrived quite early (around 7.30) on a Sunday evening. There were already a couple of tables occupied but no problem getting a table with no booking. The welcome was warm, English spoken if needed (menu...More

Sometimes being early does wonderous things. On our first night in Paris and still in a time adjust mode, we showed up 20 minutes early for our early reservation...and of course were the first ones in Anotonella's charming Bistro. Greeted warmly, we had a rare...More

Lovely local which was recommended by my hotel. Short walk from hotel, delicious food and good enough wine menu. Felt like the youngest person in the restaurant - lots of older 65+ Americans. I enjoyed it despite this and had my half bottle of Sancerre...More

It was our first time at this restaurant. Not sure what the establishment was like prior to renovations. It was lovely inside ... clean, small and quaint. A lovely spot for a meal.

Description
hostess welcomed us with a smile. The food was prepared with love, care, and the best ingredients. Just a perfect tiny and elegant room with an aura of good work done with delight and fine food offered without any attitude of preciousness. Quiet and charming surroundings. Chic without being a slave to fashion.
