Mediocre overpriced sushi. Ok service. Wine was OK. Empty. No atmosphere. No wonder - if the food is mediocre, it is expensive, no one would show up, right?

Minimalistic restaurant setting, perfect service & sushi was fantastic. The place has a zen & intimate ambience, simple décore & incredible sushi. Service was perfectly timed and staff was cordial. We enjoyed a lovely evening.

Kiyomizu serves an extraordinary tasty and fresh food. We had 2 very nice assortments with freshest fish I ever had. Californians are awesome. Very cosy ambience. Japanese service.
