An innocent piece of grilled veal fillet with sweet, fried pear tried hardly to rob my mind, or was it the fairytale creamy polenta with beguiling lemon fragrance? Together with a glass of champagne. To the prelude. The finish makes some culinary delights later on...More

Description
La Bauhinia offers a unique ambience in the heart of the hotel. Inspired by the bauhinia flower, the restaurant is a reminder of Shangri-La Hotel's roots in Asia. Crowning the restaurant is a stunning glass 'cupola', designed by the renowned architect Maurice Gras, which bathes the restaurant in light. French and Asian dishes served at La Bauhinia maintain a respect of cultures in their authentic flavours. Enjoy also a grand selection of wines, and experience afternoon tea in the Asian tradition, with delicate pastries and speciality teas.
