L'As du Fallafel is fast & fabulous! Highly organised in rush hour when we were eating. The staff manage to be efficient & friendly and the food is fresh, extremely delicious and not overpriced.

The fallafels were sooo good, totally enjoyed them! This place is obviously so popular for a reason. The fries though were a bit tasteless and it is not very nice that you have to pay more to be seated inside in this cold. But would definitely recommend the place!

We were staying in the Marais and stumbled upon this place, it looked so delicious we had to try. The falafel sandwich was hands down the best I've ever had, worth the wait (usually this place is flocked with visitors and locals) if you're in the area this is a must!

Always great! Best to grab a sandwich and walk around the district. Often crowded so best to go early.

I am a huge falafel fan, so had my fare share of falafels until now and can definitely say this was the best ever! Went on a Sunday noon, and the queue was enormous. Be ware there are 2 different queues, one for eating inside and one for take away, but do not let this scare you, it moves quite... More

I have had my fallafel on every trip to Paris here. This past visit -- what happened? Absolutely tasteless. I guess i will have to try one of the other myriad fallafel places on the street. Sad to see it lose its dependability.

We had to take away because the dine in line was crazy. What's more to say, it's famous for a reason! If you're in the area go and try them! The bread itself is astoundingly good, the vegetables are very fresh and seasoned well, the balls are truly delicious and the sauce just completes them all (you can ask for... More

We visited the sister location which is slightly further down the road also by the same name. We were seated right away and avoided the queues. Same menu, great schwarmas and prompt service. Would definitely recommend.

This place has a lot of hype, but it's easily justified. The queues are always so long that reassures me that the food is always fresh, instead of a kebab roti spinning for days. Cheap and cheerful, its a great place to grab some lunch in the heart of Paris.

Top notch fallafel in the Le Marais. There is likely to be line but it moves fast. The fallafel is delicious and will definitely fill you up for a while. Two fallafels were only 12 euros.

Staying in Le Marais

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
