This was one of my favourite dining experiences ever! The view- amazing, we were seated by the window looking at Notre Dame. The staff- amazing, friendly, professional, courteous. The food- you guessed it, amazing with every morsel tantalising the tastebuds and so beautifully presented. Wonderful...More

Tour d'Argent is said to have opened in 1589. Upon entering guests are seated in a waiting room and offered refreshments such as champagne or any other request. Seating is in a room half filled with windows providing a view of the flying buttresses of...More

We had been to Tour d'Argent many years ago [1989] and have wonderful memories. Seeking to relive that experience, we returned recently having pre-ordered their signature "Pressed Duck". We were sadly disappointed with the evening from start to finish. First, one waits in the downstairs...More

I was prepared to be underwhelmed. I was. There is the good news and the bad news parts of this review. First, let me be clear: I am an attorney and I am in court twice a week on average. I am used to and...More

I love to celebrate major birthdays at La Tour D'Argent. Clearly one of the best views of Paris and the food is simply delicious. I believe the Michelin guide is quite harsh on them as they deserve way more than one 1 Star. Clearly the...More

Been here over the years at least 12 times for lunch and wrote a review in 2013. Since then, they are down to 1 star, did a light remodel and changed the menus and their linens. I have read that the new manager is trying...More

Top notch service, wine list to die for and dishes to match. Especially like the duck breast as main course in set menu. View of river is bonus if table is near window. Went for lunch 2 days in row...esp for wines. Highly recommended.

next door and the prototypical terraced French
brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this
