Well located on the south side of the Seine river. Well designed and served courses. Especially ox tail ravioli soup and pressed foie gras with smoked eel were impressive. I recommend as a good, classy and attentive dinner old style restaurant. Professional and friendly service. Nice.

A "hidden gem". Absolutely fantastic experience, everything from the cuisine to the service to the decor. Very Parisian. A must try any night you're in town.

This restaurant is delicious and not too much expensive, and you can get an offer if you book through the "fork" app. The place is not bad but a little bit tiny. The stuff is lovely and bilingual.

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday night .We arrived at 20:00 and the place was half full already.By nine o'clock ,it was packed. The staff was very polite and even though the food took quite a while to arrive,we enjoyed our night to the most. The food and the atmosphere were excellent. I would definitely recommend you to try the... More

This restaurant has a limited menu of unnecessarily complicated food. Expensive for what it is and irritating for its discrimination policy: Tourists are seated in the cellar while Parisians sit upstairs. Save yourself a bundle and go elsewhere where customers are treated equally. Paris has so many great restaurants that are more deserving of your business.

This was a second visit. I took my elderly parents here. I should have booked a table upstairs as the cellar is a) very cramped when full b) reached via a narrow staircase. we did make it however. The food is good here, traditional French but with a twist and usually involving some touch of exotic flavour that marries well... More

This has been my favorite restaurant for a decade. It can get pricy at night but the 3 course lunch special (only in French on the blackboard but they will explain it in English) is an incredible bargain and usually very good.

We came in November and had a really good experience. We took the 60Euro Tasting Menu which came with two starters, two main courses, cheese course and dessert course. You have various options to choose from. We liked everything we had from the handmade Raviolo in beef broth, to Coquilles St. Jaques perfectly cooked on a white Risotto with hazelnuts,... More

Small, rive gauche restaurant in a quaint location just across the Seine from Notre Dame. Kudos to Le Reminet for full providing full dinner service on Christmas. We had the pleasure of encountering an affable and accommodating staff who were very willing and able to assist us in English. Norbert was professional as well as amiable and granted all our... Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
