It's our third visit within the past 7 years and I feel obliged to express my enthusiasm about this restaurant: Great choice french haute gastronomie cuisine, where you can choose a set menu or order a la carte. This time I tried duck foie gras...More

Perfectly delicious. When i checked the pictures i was afraid to be starving after the lunch menu, i was wrong. It was absolutely delicious and exceptional. Quantities are perfect, such as the service and wine recommandation. "desserts intemporels" are just breathtaking!

Been there for lunch. Very professional cooking, no missing there. Not always creative but very well executed. Perfect service. But if you go for full menu be ready to pay high sums, so more to experience superior cooking.

I have been dining at Rostang's various restaurants since 1975, starting at la bonne auberge in Antibes. That's where I was first acquainted with the signature canette au sang (duck in its blood sauce). Ever since this has been my and my son's favorite. This...More

French cuisine classics are revisited in a very simple and amazingly tasty way. Service is perfect, extremely professional and never "too much". Wine's advices are extremely wise. That makes Maison Rostang one of the best place I have ever been. Go and enjoy!

If I was a regular at this establishment, or a Celebrity, or arrived in a new Rolls, then I would be attended to with more well..attention. If you are wearing an ordinary suit and aren't known then expect average service. The first time I went...More

This restaurant is one of the very last ones in Paris being able to offer top French traditional cuisine. Nouvelle cuisine is great too but from time to time one would like to go back to tradition. Then you must go to maison Rostang. You...More

We asked our hotel to book a reservation for another restaurant that was unfortunately no availability. They came up with the suggestion of Maison Rostang, which they kindly advised was expensive and would fit with how they viewed us as guests of their hotel. It...More

Description
Because there is no nicest stories than those which carry on, the restaurant created by Michel Rostang in 1978, today becomes Maison Rostang. Beyond a simple name, this is a new chapter which begins for the family with the chef Nicolas Beaumann, perpetuating great classic dishes and contemporary creations, sharing the same excellence and conviviality will. Maison Rostang seals the derivation of Michel, his 2 daughters Caroline and Sophie, and Nicolas Beaumann upon taste and transmission. Trained by Michel Rostang, Nicolas Beaumann is his natural lengthening, instilling a modern touch in the cuisine. Precise plating, sauces as smooth as light and surprising pairing, always in a gourmet way, a talent reflected by his signature dishes like the Frog's legs in a green suit, sweet garlic and roast artichokes, tangy watercress sauce or the Blue Lobster preserved with chestnut butter in 3 services: artichoke risotto and à la presse juice with Condrieu wine, the claw in a barigoule sauce, the joints in small ravioli. Together, the 2 chefs compose a cuisine which pays tribute to French tradition without dissociating from our time. They design a four-hands menu in which the classic works together with the present.
