Delicious, fresh and hot food, well spiced. Ravioli gyoza, kimchi and the Negi mushroom udon soup. Good service. Friendly faces. I'll be back

This place is a must, in the surprisingly large Japanese quartier of Paris just beside Opera. Arrive early for lunch or dinner as at 12.30 or 19.30 busloads of Japanese arrive daily and although its fast food the wait can be long. No sushi here but everything else, fresh, very tasty and an institution for decades. Frequented by lots of... More

We were craving for Asian food after being away so long in Europe and were very looking forward to try authentic Jap food after seeing so many good reviews on Tripadvisor. However, we were in for major disappointment. Topped up for ramen made of Japanese flour however we dont taste a difference. Ramen broth tasted too much like Chinese egg... More

After days of heavy French cuisine, my husband and I were dying for some variety in our meals. We found this place thanks to TripAdvisor and had lunch here on a Saturday. The restaurant was already super busy but we did not have to wait. Although the ramen wasn't as good as what I had in Japan (obviously), it was... More

Been in Paris a week, couldn't do another night of steak frites or fish. Found this place 4 blocks from our hotel on this site and it was outstanding. Try the spicy ramen.

Probably one of the best restaurants in this quarter. They are very popular so the place was packed with people. Fantastic udon soups. Will go back there again. Highly recommended.

This nice restaurant in Paris will make you feel like you were in Japan. The waiters are friendly and make you feel pleased. I tried the "Shoyu Ramen", it was kinda hard to eat with sticks and a spoon but it was fun and a good experience. You should go there if you want to eat some good ramen with... More

This is by far the most authentic Japanese experience I have had in France. The food is good, the employees are Japanese and (this last part is important in August) it's air conditioned. Definitely coming back.

6 colleagues and I went for lunch, and we've taken noodles, rice, salad and lamen: the starters were gyoza and onigiri. All of us were really happy about the food, and the price is really cheap and copious

liked it. Tasted it today for the first time and had beef curry with an egg and it was nice. With rice for 9.50 Euros which is very good for the neighbourhood. The deco was nice and the service as well. I ll recommend it and probably will come back here soon

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
